Synopsis

Dante's "Inferno" describes a man's journey through the underworld, hoping to reach purgatory. This video game adaptation takes the form of a labyrinthine arcade course. You can carry two items simultaneously to solve the puzzles. The necessary items are found in the initial forest, which involves a lot of traveling back and forth. Cross the Styx using the boatman to reach the nine circles of hell. According to Christian theology, these circles represent people who will not make it to heaven, from non-Christians to those who have committed the seven deadly sins such as sloth and gluttony. Any contact with these circles should be avoided if you wish to prove your purity and enter purgatory.
