Synopsis

Mutant Fighter is a fighting game that stands out for several features. With the exception of Hercules, the playable characters do not have names: they represent either a warrior class (Fighter, Amazon) or popular mythological beings (Minotaur, Beast, Dragon and Golem). The game has two modes: single-player mode, in which the player selects a fighter and faces computer-controlled opponents in a strict order, and two-player mode, in which both players can choose their characters. Unlike most versus fighting games, battles take place on a square arena instead of the usual horizontal screens.
