Synopsis

A friend of Kersey's has been killed in New York and he takes to the streets to help the police get rid of the gangs that are brutalizing the city and causing riots.
He has a bulletproof vest which protects him from several shots and can wield 4 weapons: the 475 Wildey Magnum, the shotgun, the machine gun and the rocket launcher. Avoid shooting grannies in the streets, bad walkers and police officers who will sometimes help you eliminate the bad guys. If you start shooting at the police, they will turn on you.
The top half of the screen shows you a side view of the street or building you are on. The bottom shows your score, your high score, your injury counter, a scrolling police report to let you know where crimes are happening, a compass, a map that also tells you where weapons and bosses are, as well as the weapon you are holding and the remaining ammo.
When you enter a building, you can shoot out the window to earn points, but be careful of enemies that may appear behind you.
