Synopsis
Denis Through the Drinking Glass is a satirical text adventure game where you play as Denis Thatcher, who desperately tries to escape Downing Street for a pint at the Gravedigger's Arms. If you don't find a drink in ten shots, it's game over. The descriptions are rhyming, witty and full of scathing jabs at Denis's political life and unique point of view. The help function only offers biting sarcasm, and fake Sun headlines appear to ridicule your progress.
