Synopsis

Densha de Go! Shinkansen EX is a Japanese train simulation game created and published by Taito for the Wii console. The game is only available in Japan. Densha de Go! Shinkansen EX contains real-life train (or tram) routes based on real services in Japan, recreated with Wii graphics. The user's task is primarily to drive the train and adhere to a very precise schedule, including stopping at stations within 30 cm of a prescribed stopping point, ideally within half a second of the scheduled arrival time. While en route, the user must obey speed limits and other posted signs, sound a warning to work crews along the track, arrive on time at crossing points between stations, and perform similar tasks.
