Synopsis

You are the dictator of the fictional republic of Ritimba. Your mission: to please everyone – the army, the peasants, the landowners… – while secretly filling your bank account. You have the secret police on your side...and the guerrillas on the other. Each month, one of these groups submits a request to you. You can accept it (which may involve a considerable sum of money) or refuse it, to the dismay of the different groups. You can also borrow money from Russians or Americans. As the saying goes, it's impossible to please everyone. Sooner or later, you will therefore have to face a revolution or an assassination attempt. Did you buy this helicopter or will you bear the consequences?
