Synopsis

Dino Wars is a strategic board game reminiscent of chess, where battles are decided by action scenes. If you've ever played Archon, you know the principle.

On a chess-like board (9x10 pieces in this game), you move different types of dinosaurs. If you reach a square occupied by an opposing dinosaur, the game switches to action mode. It is then a fighting game where you must defeat the opposing dinosaur to win the box. Each dinosaur has its own strategies, movement restrictions and combat abilities, inspired by the historical characteristics of real dinosaurs. Knowing which dinosaurs are most likely to win is therefore crucial to developing an effective strategy.

Action scenes can be played independently of the main strategy game.
