Synopsis

A young man named Donald J. Boy (DJ Boy) is a rollerblader fighter taking part in an ultimate race-fight known as "Rollergame" taking place in Cigarette City located in the suburbs of New York City. Many people were excited to see DJ Boy but a gang of rollerblading fighters known as the Dark Knights want him out of the competition. Their leader, Heavy-Met Tony, has his gang kidnap his girlfriend Maria, who was also in town, and beat up DJ Boy. DJ Boy must save Maria, defeat the Dark Knights and win the Rollergame competition in one adventure.
The arcade version tells a different story. Two boys on rollerblades named Bob and Tom (the two playable characters) were breakdancing to the sound of their boom box until the latter was stolen by rollerblade thieves (possibly the Dark Knights). They must therefore find and defeat them to recover their dues.
