Synopsis

Don't Shoot That Word! is an educational game that works like a shooting gallery. A series of words move across the screen, and the player must shoot the correct words by targeting them with a crosshair. There are two versions of the game: the Reading Game and the Rhyme Game. In the Reading Game, the goal is to shoot the words that do not match the displayed image. After a word is shot, its letters fall down, and the player can collect bonus points by shooting these letters. In the Rhyme Game, the objective is to shoot the words that either match the image or rhyme with it. Shooting the wrong word causes the player to lose a life.
