Synopsis

The sequel to the first game retains the original gameplay and adds some new features. Compatible with the DK Bongos device, you must hit one drum, the other, both, or clap when the cursor passes over the corresponding icon, in order to follow the rhythm. You score points when the timing is perfect.

Familiar characters from the Donkey Kong series make an appearance and 25 new songs in different genres, ranging from J-pop to dance and hip-hop, are available. The main drumming mode is limited to two players, but up to four players can play together in the mini-games. In the “street performance” mode, you earn coins that can be exchanged at the mall for expert music, new sound sets and mini-games. In other modes, you can play freestyle, reach a set score to play all the songs in the game at once, or compete against an opponent in classic games or drum roll contests.
