Synopsis

Download 2 is a horizontal shooter. This sequel follows the same formula as the first game - diving into computerized cyber worlds - but also features one of the most electrifying storylines ever written. Adolf Hitler's brain has been scanned into a mainframe computer by terrorists and Syd, an elite cyber diver, embarks on a perilous journey to stop and destroy the looming threat. Aboard his ship and with the help of the adorable Deva, Syd crosses nine areas infested with enemies equipped with four different weapons: a multi-directional Vulcan cannon, wide laser beams, homing lasers and a short-range lightning cannon. Each weapon can be activated a total of three times by collecting "P" pods that appear on screen, while "S" pods increase the overall speed of the ship.
