Synopsis

The player plays Jonathan Harker, a lawyer who visits a certain Count Dracula in his castle. The game is divided into three distinct text adventures that can be played independently of each other, but which enrich each other. The First Night is about Harker's journey to the castle and The Arrival is about his stay in the castle. During The Hunt, the final third of the story, the protagonist becomes Dr. Seward, warden of the insane asylum in Whitby, Yorkshire. The game itself is primarily focused on narrative and atmosphere; it has relatively little focus on puzzle solving. The parser only understands verb + noun combinations.
