Synopsis

A racing game featuring stock cars and featuring multiple game modes. The game places a heavy emphasis on manual gear shifting, requiring the player to shift gears using the triggers to speed up or slow down. The game features the real "Drift King", Keichii Tsuchiya, and is inspired by illegal street racing on the Shuto Expressway in Tokyo. Drift King Shutokou Battle '94 is the first in a long series of Shutokou Battle racing games. The following opuses will be adapted for the American (under the title Tokyo Xtreme Racer) and European (under the title Tokyo Highway Challenge) markets.
