Synopsis

Dyger is a 2D vertical scrolling shoot'em up, in which you control a lone pilot and his spaceship. A commando known as the Dyger is responsible for protecting Earth. In 2125, a female Dyger member accidentally sets off a nuclear bomb that destroys a city. After 4 years of remorse, she decided to cryogenically freeze herself.
In 2188, Earth is invaded by an alien attacker. After an earthquake in 2189, she wakes up. Realizing that Earth has been invaded, she decides to redeem herself by destroying the aliens on her own.

As you progress and destroy various ships, cannons, tanks and bosses, upgrades become available. The spaceship has different weapons for flying enemies and those on land or water.
The game can be played alone or with a friend.
