Synopsis
You have just left the Main Hall to investigate a rumor about a powerful new weapon that was built by a local mad scientist.
As you passed through the door to the Main Hall, you encountered a man close to hysteria. You calmed him down enough to get a more coherent story out of him. He claims to be a technician working for a mad scientist named Dr. Applebaum.
He was happy working in his lab until he overheard the doctor talking with a colleague. The colleague's name is Dr. Onstein. He is a specialist in some kind of unknown energy.
