Synopsis

The year is 2500, resources such as oil, coal and gas have been used for a long time. Nuclear power was banned globally in 2010 and from that day on, Earth relied on a rare mineral “PLASTACINIUM” which gave energy in safe and unlimited quantities. However, a terrible world war in 2154 destroyed most known supplies of PLASTACINIUM and when lasting peace came in 2170, earth realized that it would have to travel to other planets in the solar system to try to find this valuable material. Venus and Mars have been the only planets containing PLASTACINIUM and stocks have been slowly declining so far there are only small levels present and these are only expected to last a few months. Earth's only hope is a new spacecraft capable of traveling long distances at speeds exceeding the speed of light and a mission has been planned to use it to travel to unknown planets in distant galaxies in search of PLASTACINIUM. Your mission is to pilot this craft and try to bring this most valuable cargo back to earth, but during your journey you will experience many dangers and meet many aliens, some of whom have no intention of letting you bring PLASTACINIUM back to earth.
