Synopsis
"Chess For Kids" is a game from the "thinkSMART" series from Mentor Interactiv on the Nintendo DS console. It tells the story of two groups of students who hate each other... and they decide to resolve their conflicts by organizing a chess tournament. This story mode is a tutorial for learning chess, step by step, without using the classic chess pieces and figurines. It's a series of 12 mini-games that teach children the basics of chess.
A mode also allows you to play "classic" chess, either against artificial intelligence or against a friend.
