Synopsis

Eisei Meijin 3 continues a series originating on Saturn. It was a well-received Shogi title at the time.
Shogi may not be very popular outside of Japan, but the chess game like board game is immensely popular in its home country, spawning several titles, including on the Dreamcast, and this title is considered one of the best. The subtitle refers to the creator of the AI/Engine games at Konami. The strengths of this game lie in the game engine itself. Knowledge of shogi will of course help, as will some knowledge of Japanese.
