Synopsis

A sequel to Adventure? It appears that Warren worked in his spare time on a continuation of his hugely successful Adventure while working at The Learning Company, which he founded in 1980 after leaving Atari. It is unknown whether Atari had actually ordered this sequel or whether Warren was developing it on his own, hoping to then propose it to the publisher. However, since Atari was considering naming SwordQuest: Earthworld Adventure II and Fireworld Adventure III, the hypothesis of a personal project seems more credible. Regardless, this prototype remains shrouded in mystery, further reinforcing the legend surrounding the Adventure universe.
