Synopsis

Originally released on PC as an adult adventure game, the Dreamcast and PlayStation 2 ports removed adult content, including a new heroine and extending the story.
You play as Ryouichi Katsuragi, a young doctor called to care for an old man living in a huge mansion in Italy. Arriving on the island by helicopter, the game switches to a 3rd person perspective where you can freely explore the mansion and its surroundings and interact with various characters, including the mansion's maids who act as heroines in this story.
In 1st person perspective mode, the game plays like a typical visual novel in which you converse with other characters that are not animated but feature voice acting. Player choices during dialogue affect the story, and key choices bring it back to a different ending.
