Synopsis
The era of this wargame is the first four centuries AD. The player takes the role of the emperor and must oppose his intelligence and his forces to the barbarian invaders, the rebellious provincials and the treacherous Roman generals. Even the plebs of Rome will have to be appeased with bread and circuses if the emperor is to keep his head and his throne. If he can last the first eight years of the game, he is the judge of the state of the Empire at the end of this period.
