Synopsis

Enduro Racer is a racing game based on off-road motorcycles. It is very similar to its immediate predecessor Hang-On, with gameplay differences.

In addition to the usual turns, the tracks now feature hills and slopes. Obstacles are not only other motorcyclists, trees or signs on the side of the road, but also rocks or other objects. Tree trunks or sand barriers crossing the road can be stepped over, allowing the motorcycle to rise into the air. The controls not only allow you to steer the bike, but also perform a wheelie to increase speed at the expense of handling.

In typical arcade style, the race proceeds from checkpoint to checkpoint, with the line having to be crossed within a time limit to continue. In all, there are five different stages, with environments such as grasslands, two different deserts, a forest lake and a beach.
