Synopsis

Escape From Pulsar 7 is the fourth title in Brian Howarth's Mysterious Adventure series of illustrated text adventures. It has a science-fiction theme influenced by the blockbuster movie “Alien.” The player finds themselves stranded alone on a giant spaceship. The rest of the crew is dead, killed by a mutated zoo specimen.

The player’s ultimate goal is to escape the ship in a lifepod to avoid becoming the creature’s next meal. Search your crewmates’ bunks to find the necessary tools. Only useful items can be taken, so the gameplay is fairly linear, with several maze-like sections.
