Synopsis

Players control Duke Oda, a member of Liberty City's Cyber ​​Police who attempts to rid the streets of crime, eliminate the most wanted criminals and put them behind bars. There are 15 stages to complete, which take the player through the streets of Liberty, auto yards, stadiums, restaurants, the CBD and boat docks. There are bosses on some stages. During each stage, the player collects ammunition in varying quantities. For example, in some levels, ammo may be worth 10 bullets, while in others there may be 60.

Bosses attack in several ways. Note that bosses are not just people. The player also fights a monkey, a tiger, a monster truck in "Eagles Stadium", and cyborgs. Once these first three bosses are defeated, the player's rank rises to captain, followed by deputy leader, and finally leader.

Upon reaching the main rank, the player receives a Cyber ​​Suit, which is described by the game as a "long-range supersonic suit" that contains two Turbo-Booster thrusters and provides additional ammunition and protection. This combination is used for the rest of the game. At this point, the player will need to stop the criminal masterminds.
