Synopsis

You vacation on islands that recreate various eras, populated by synthetic humanoids.

“Eternam” is an adventure game which first of all strikes us with some similarities with a role-playing game a few years older. The mode of movement outdoors, as well as the graphics and the design of the interiors immediately bring to mind “Drakkhen” and this is not a coincidence as evidenced by an explicit reference to this game (the solution to “Drakkhen” in a library of the Duke's castle).

But where the role-playing game gave an impression of aridity, “Eternam” is much more generous in details: the rooms are richly furnished and there are many characters with whom to interact (often with a close-up on your interlocutor), even if the results of the conversations sometimes leave you wondering...
