Synopsis

European Football Champ was released for the 1992 European Championship. The game features slightly tilted horizontal scrolling and recreates the zooming effect of arcade machines after a goal. Only a small portion of the terrain is visible at a time, but a scanner can display the entire terrain. Although a referee is present, he is often distracted, giving you the opportunity to foul, punch, or tackle opposing players. Both one and two player modes are available.
