Synopsis

Eve burst error takes place in contemporary Japan. The player controls two characters: a young private detective Kojiroh, and special agent Marina. Kojiroh has struggled to make a living as a lone private detective, but luck seems to smile on him: the principal of the Eldian International School, Mr. Ko, asks him to find a missing painting, believed to be of great value. At the same time, Marina is hired by the ambassador of a fictional Middle Eastern republic, Eldia, to protect her daughter Mayako from terrorists. Moving from Kojiroh to Marina, the player gradually discovers the link between the two cases and sinks into a mystery combining political struggles, scientific discoveries and horrible murders.
The game is a traditional Japanese adventure: the player interacts with the world by choosing appropriate commands from the menu.
