Synopsis

F1 World Grand Prix II is a Formula 1 racing game for the Game Boy Color. Unlike the Nintendo 64 title of the same name, it features the FIA ​​license for the 99 season with all the drivers, teams and tracks that come with this license. Unlike the Nintendo 64 and Dreamcast versions, the Game Boy Color version is entirely 2D, just like its predecessor. Game modes include: Exhibition, Grand Prix, Timing, Challenge and Racing Match.
The latter is a two-player mode that works with a link cable. Just like the Nintendo 64 version, Challenge Mode allows you to replay certain important events of the season. The cars can be completely adjusted (tires, gears, fenders, fuel load) and are available with varying weather conditions. You can change these settings before a race and during pit stops.
