Synopsis

Fallout takes place in a world devastated by a nuclear war where civilization has disappeared. Survivors wander the ruins or live in Vaults, huge underground shelters. In Vault13, the water purification chip is broken: a resident is sent outside to find one, with one hundred and fifty days to succeed. The game is based on the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system. (Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, Luck), allowing you to develop skills, traits and perks. The universe is open, rich in main and secondary quests, and the player's choices influence his Karma. Conflicts can be resolved peacefully or through violence. Turn-based combat uses action points and allows you to target specific parts of the enemy body. Companions can join the adventure, fighting alongside the hero under AI control.
