Synopsis

You and your submarine have been miniaturized and injected into the bloodstream of a sick patient. Your goal is to prevent the patient from dying by locating deadly blood clots and destroying them. In each level you will guide the submarine through blood vessels and you will have to avoid the many obstacles you will encounter such as bacteria and clots. The submarine is equipped with a laser beam that can be used to shoot at these obstacles. There are also some useful articles; some phases contain lots of blood cells (don't pull them, the patient needs them!) and enzymes (pull them to release their healing properties).

When you pass all the obstacles and through the narrow passages, the blood clot can be found; once destroyed you move on to the next level. If you crash too many times or don't destroy the clot, the patient dies and the game is over. Multiple gameplay options are included that control the difficulty and length of each level.
