Synopsis

Field of Fire is a historically accurate strategy game about the battles of World War II. You play as the commander of Easy Company, one of the best companies in the 1st Infantry Division. Your mission: lead Easy Company through eight historic battles in North Africa and Europe. Scenarios can be played separately (around 1-2 hours each) or as a campaign (around 12-16 hours). A role-playing element lets you personalize each soldier's name. Soldiers can also improve their skills throughout missions. The enemy is controlled by the computer and offers three difficulty levels.
