Synopsis

Fighter Command is a strategy game that recreates the 1940 Battle of Britain. You take command of the British RAF or the German Luftwaffe. If you play the Germans, you plan attacks on British air bases, radar installations and industrial centers in order to weaken the RAF. If you play the British, you defend these targets by intercepting enemy planes. Daily reports on weather, reconnaissance, readiness, plus statistics on squadron strength, casualties, morale, and experience help you plan your operations. A map of southern England makes strategic navigation easier. You can play Eagle Day, in 10-day phases, or the full 34-turn campaign.
