Synopsis

In the 1990s, Metro City is riddled with crime and violence. Newly elected mayor, former professional wrestler Mike Haggar is determined to eliminate the gangs that are reigning terror in his city. In order to stop him, Mad Gear, a powerful criminal organization, kidnaps his daughter Jessica and tries to corrupt him.

Haggar is not so easily impressed, so he contacts Cody, Jessica's boyfriend, and Guy, both experienced in martial arts and street fighting. The three men decide to take justice into their own hands, and head into the slums of Metro City in search of Jessica. Each of the protagonists has a different fighting style.
