Synopsis

As in the original title, up to eight players can participate simultaneously if four two-seater terminals are connected. The game features four circuits located in Japan, Italy, Monaco and the United States, as well as cars from the Williams, McLaren, March and Lotus teams. In single player mode, the player accumulates points until the time runs out or after completing four rounds of the chosen circuit. In multiplayer mode, up to eight competitors can compete at the same time, which improves lap times, with simple green cars controlled by the computer appearing less often. The American circuit is the easiest and recommended for beginners. Once mastered, the player can try himself in Monaco and then in Italy. The Japanese layout, a reproduction of the Suzuka circuit of the original game, remains the most difficult and is recommended only to experienced players.
