Synopsis

Fire One was an underwater fighting game between players or against computer.
The objective is to destroy the enemy's submarine, while avoiding the enemy's torpedoes. Thanks to your periscope, you can launch one of your 8 torpedoes to sink the different enemy ships and earn additional points. It takes a while to reload each torpedo tube, so you need to be judicious in how you plan your attacks.
In addition to being able to control the rotation of your periscope, the game also offers an immersion button to temporarily hide you from the enemy. By holding this button down, you are hidden but unable to operate, which allows the enemy to rule freely over the seas.
