Synopsis
Salmuela San works in the police department and is very efficient, too efficient, nobody explains what her secret is to not leave a malefactor loose.
A fellow fat man named Gazpachete, dying of jealousy, discovers his secret: mastery of an ancient technique called -RO! Which is to concentrate all your strength on the tip OF THE FIST!
