Freddie is controlled by a joystick, however good timing and strategy will be required to negotiate rising and falling air currents and wind direction. For its time, this game had an incredible visual impact: in the Alps, Freddie flies over trains, trees, bridges, in winter and summer; in the Pacific, a yacht, tropical islands, an aircraft carrier and, in Egypt, camels, the pyramids, the Sphinx and the Taj Mahal(!), day and night.
This is a real challenge in action over a continually changing landscape.
