Synopsis

In Football Director you can choose any team from a league, but they will start in the fourth division. You will first need to recruit staff like recruiters, physical therapists, and coaches. You can also form a team of young people to unearth hidden talents. Each week you have the opportunity to sign up to two players, whose fitness is rated on a scale of 1 to 10. Players with a rating above 5 are unlikely to want to play in the fourth division. Matches take place off-screen and are updated in real time. After the matches, you receive the results. Financial management is crucial: you can improve your stadium, sell players, take out loans and pay club insurance. Injuries, suspensions, national cups and European competitions add to the challenge. This game is also known as McCoy Football Director.
