Synopsis
Football Manager 3 is a management simulation where the player is responsible for the sporting success of a football team in Great Britain. The game is controlled via menus accessible by clicking on graphic elements in a virtual desktop. The emphasis is on the sporting aspect: tactics, personalized training for each player and team composition. Financial management is mainly limited to transfers. Each player has statistics that influence their performance. Matches are displayed from two fixed perspectives, top view or slightly angled, with small icons representing the players.
