Synopsis

Fortress of the Witch King mixes strategy and role-playing. The main goal is to build an army to attack the Witch King's fortress. The encounters are described in text, but a map provides an overview of the terrain. You will need to collect enough gold to recruit mages, warriors, scouts, clerics and marauders by defeating bands of monsters and wandering minions. Additionally, you will need to find various artifacts and special items before you can enter the fortress.
