Synopsis

An unnamed protagonist is sleeping when a monstrous hand appears from under his bed to snatch one of his slippers. Awake and annoyed, he chases his prized possession through the giant hole... only to unwittingly enter Full Pipe! Finding the slipper is an easy task, but the little man soon becomes trapped in a complex system of pipes - all leading to different areas with unusual characters. Presented in third person with characters drawn on pre-rendered 3D backgrounds, progression is accomplished by collecting items, solving puzzles and playing mini-games. Many puzzles are illogical, much like the game world, and inventory-based, although some are presented as arcade mini-games. Collected items are displayed at the top of the screen. Game actions are controlled using the mouse and there is an in-game map that can be used to move directly to the selected area. Full Pipe consists of 39 paintings, spread over three floors. There are 45 characters, with their own behavior and names such as Hand Thirty For, Handsome Hare and Polly the Janitor. There is no dialogue, however - you must discover the creatures' purpose by interacting with them.
