Synopsis

Heathcliff: Learn Spelling While Having Fun is an educational game inspired by the comic strip. The player plays Heathcliff and must spell different words correctly. The game takes place in a room filled with pipes from which mice come out holding balloons, each bearing a letter. Before you begin, a phrase appears, accompanied by a flashing word. The goal is to spell this word by popping the corresponding balloons. Two game modes are available: beginner and advanced. In beginner mode, simply burst the balloons containing the letters necessary for the word by placing yourself under them when they fall. Each popped balloon earns one point. In advanced mode, points are awarded for each popped balloon, but to spell the word, you must press the joystick button when popping the desired balloon. Both modes offer seven levels of increasing difficulty. Each level contains between 10 and 35 sentences.
