Synopsis

Fungus lives on a floating island in space and leads a peaceful life, despite only one problem: his only food is mushrooms found on nearby islands. The problem is that these islands are full of creatures that don't like having their mushrooms taken from them, and Fungus keeps running over them. You control Fungus by viewing the game from the side, from above, and constantly scrolling the screen from left to right. You can move vertically and jump over precipices while avoiding creatures and obstacles, and collecting as many mushrooms as possible. If you touch a creature or obstacle and the island tips over the edges or falls into a precipice, you lose one of your four lives and return to the start of the island.
