Synopsis

Gabriel Knight is a writer of popular novels where horror is subtly mixed with mystery. He is also the owner of a rare book store in New Orleans.
For the purposes of his next novel, Gabriel is interested in a series of particularly horrible voodoo murders. He therefore investigates, helped by his friend Mosely, the inspector in charge of the case, and Grace Nakimura, his assistant. This investigation, initially harmless, will reveal to him his true destiny, his role as Schattenjägger inherited from his ancestors ("shadow hunter").
