Synopsis

Gerry the Microbe did not graduate from Stench and was fired from the Institute of Infectious Disease. He decides to infect a human to prove that he deserves it. You play as Gerry and must cross five body parts to make the human sick. In the lungs, you collect oxygen tanks; in the kidneys, red beans; in the stomach, acid to dissolve an aspirin. In the pancreas, you infect medical supplies on a train and stop it by throwing lumps of coal at the conductor. In the heart you have to cross a bridge and infect it. If you fail, a bonus level invites you to retrieve a roll of toilet paper from a boat to block a dripping tap.
