Synopsis

A horrible demon named "Dragon Master" has been revived from hell. To protect the peace of the afterlife, 2 Fuuma brothers fought the Dragon Master. Both were killed, losing their legendary Wave Swords, also called Hadoukens. To avenge their deaths, the last Fuuma brothers swore to kill the Master of Dragons and take back the Hadoukens.

Getsufuma Den is an action game with light RPG elements. You travel through the afterlife on predetermined paths, leading you to shops, character encounters, and dungeons. Once in a dungeon, you guide your character across a platform, jumping and fighting enemies with your sword or other weapons. Some dungeons are in 1st person. In dungeons you can collect money and then use it to purchase weapons and other accessories on the overworld.
