Synopsis

Gingerbread Man is a unique action-adventure game where a gingerbread man, born from a magical mixture of raw sugar, flour, ginger and heat, comes to life in a gas oven and must escape. Inspired by the popular tale, it offers twenty levels spread over five distinct screens, each full of obstacles and enemies. The first challenge is to escape the burning oven before being cooked, then run through the dining room collecting balloons to rise up the chimney to the roof. There, you have to build a bridge to a tree while repelling hungry cats and birds. In the forest, new hostile creatures lurk, before reaching a cave where you face a formidable boss. But even victorious, you are taken back and put back in the oven, this time with increased heat. Only relentless progression through nineteen additional levels will allow you to challenge the final demon and conquer your freedom. Three modes are offered: classic, expert and a variant suitable for children.
