Synopsis

God Panic is a totally crazy Shoot'em up like you find from time to time on PC Engine. The game being (necessarily) in Japanese, I can't tell you too much about the story. It's quite a shame, because given the rendering, the whole thing must be really stupid.
In this horizontal shoot, you play a flying character who must take down a good number of opponents for an obscure goal. The weaponry is very classic. The items can be collected by passing through chests - for once, no need to destroy certain enemies to get them. You can collect speed up, power up, and even precious life points. Because God Panic is intended to be very permissive, the game is clearly for the general public and completing it will not require much involvement from the player. So you have a life bar, as well as a smart bomb bar just below. You can get hit several times before dying.
