Synopsis

Godzilla: Rettō Shinkan is an isometric real-time strategy game based on the famous kaiju monster film series created by Toho. The player controls the JSDF forces and must attempt to fend off Godzilla and other monsters, protecting Japan from destruction. Each mission contains a different map, scenario and monsters to fight. The player can select different military vehicles and give them various orders. Sometimes several monsters appear and can even fight each other, which is not necessarily a good thing because they can cause collateral damage. To complete the mission, the player must defeat all the monsters there before their strength is exhausted or the city takes too much damage.
The game includes a storyline with 10 missions, as well as a free mission mode with 10 additional missions.
