Synopsis
In the early 1990s, the Persian Gulf War broke out and the prolonged fighting depleted the world's natural resources. In 1999, the Second Persian Gulf War began. The shortage is pushing Middle Eastern nations to take military action against neighboring nations to obtain supplies. The nations that managed to escape the fighting once again form a multinational force and manage to develop and produce a new weapon: the GRID (Gyrodrive Reactive Intercept Device). This is the beginning of the Storm Hammer project.
